Our shipping boxes are insulated and packed with dry ice, designed to keep your meals frozen for over 48 hours. You can also give us a heads up if you know you won’t be home on delivery days, and we will try our best to accommodate you!

We recommend putting your meals in the freezer as soon as you
receive them. In the event your meals arrive partially frozen it is still safe to put them back in the freezer and enjoy them later. Meals can be kept in the freezer for up to 6-months and in the refrigerator for 3-days. We do recommend thawing the meals out one day before you are ready to enjoy them to ensure the highest nutrient availability.

All orders must be in on Monday by 6am PST. This means you have until 6am PST on Mondays to make changes to your subscription box. If you do not make any changes, we will send you the same customized box you ordered the previous time.

Yes. Using organic and non-GMO ingredients is part of our mission. All of our produce, dry goods, seasonings and fats are certified organic. Our meat and animal fat are pasture raised on certified organic grass and occasionally fed certified organic rice. While the meat processing facility adheres to organic practices, they do not currently have a certification which is why it cannot be marketed as certified organic.
Please note that ourfall/winter menu currently uses 2 nonorganic products: the Siete Burrito Wraps
and KC Natural’s AIP Marinara sauce. Both are small businesses, who make high quality, non-GMO products with care and integrity. If you prefer to avoid these products, you will want to skip the Breakfast Burrito and the AIP Meatloaf.

Our lidding film is bisphenol free, but we go one step further and apply a non-bleached parchment paper layer in between the film and your food to be extra safe.
We cherish the same philosophy in our commercial kitchen making sure we don’t store any of our foods in plastic or aluminum containers. Our cookware is made of stainless steel or cast iron.
