Returns/Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the products, Urban AIP is unable to accept returns. We strongly encourage customers to select the Route Package Protection at checkout to ensure your meal box is protected. In the event there is an issue with the delivery of your meal box, a claim can be file with Route for a refund or replacement.
