Returns/Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of the products, Urban AIP is unable to accept returns or provide refund. In the event you receive the wrong item in your box, we will issue you a refund for the original item. We currently cover shipping insurance for customers. In the event of a shipping carrier delay leading to meals being spoiled, we will reship you a fresh box. Please note that reshipping requires pictures of the label on the box, dry ice evaporated and meals thawed. This refund policy is only applicable in the event of a shipping carrier delay. Please make sure to freeze or refrigerate your meals as soon as you receive them. Urban AIP is not responsible for reimbursing meals that are left unattended by the recipient.
