Our new perfectly buttery (but butter-free), lemony and savory AIP Chicken piccata is sure to make your taste buds smile. A bed of heart of palm pasta complements the brightness of this dish which is also served with roasted organic Romanesco. What is Romanesco? It’s a spiky cruciferous vegetable which sits between the broccoli and cauliflower. Bon appétit!

I really enjoyed the "Orange Maple Duck Meatballs"! The cauliflower rice was surprisingly flavorful and had a perfect texture. The greens also delicious and I appreciated that they were a mixture of three kinds, since I’m always trying to consume a diversity of vegetables. But the real star was the glaze on the meatballs! So good, I would not have believed it was AIP if I didn’t know better!
