Studies show that 30 days on the Elimination Phase of the Autoimmune Protocol
is enough to significantly reduce inflammation.
According to studies, most people benefit from staying on AIP longer, however,
with many studies showing a drastic improvement
of symptoms at week 6. We recommend an average of 3 months on AIP
for our clients at our clinic; however, healing is completely bio-individual
and some people might require less time, or more time,
on the Elimination Phase AIP to fully see improvement.
